In order to accommodate all your service selections. We recommend that you book your treatments 2-3 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment. A credit card is required for spa package bookings and group bookings.
For everyone’s convenience, a minimum notice of 24 hours is required for cancellation of or rescheduling an appointment for individual services. A 48-hour notice is required for any spa package or multiple services. Group parties will require at least 7 days notice of cancellation.
Please book group bookings 3 to 4 weeks in advance to have access to all services selected and a 50% deposit will be required.
In appreciation to the staff for an outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion, as they are not included in any service. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment time to receive your full-allotted treatment time. Arriving late will simply limit the time of your treatment, as we end each visit punctually so the next guest will not be delayed. Full charge will still apply.
As a courtesy to other clients please do not bring children under the age of 12 while you are having services, unless your child is having services done as well.
To add to the enjoyment of your treatment, and to help others enjoy their relaxing treatments as well, please turn off all cellular telephones and pagers when you enter the facility. We recommend that you leave all your valuables and jewelry at home. We do not assume any liability for lost or misplaced valuables.
We offer gift certificates for all of our spa packages, spa treatments or for a dollar value of your choice.
